📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate interfaith dialogue initiatives to foster mutual understanding and cooperation among diverse religious communities.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and community events that promote interfaith harmony and address social issues.
• Develop and implement comprehensive programs that address conflicts and promote interfaith cooperation.
• Collaborate with religious leaders, community organizations, and government agencies to create a more inclusive and peaceful society.
• Manage a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the successful execution of interfaith dialogue programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of interfaith dialogue initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to advance the mission of interfaith dialogue.
• Represent Harmony Foundation Indonesia at national and international forums to promote interfaith cooperation and dialogue.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Peace Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in interfaith relations, conflict resolution, and community engagement.
• Proven track record of leading and managing interfaith dialogue initiatives.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
