📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to estimate project costs.
• Develop and maintain cost databases and cost control systems.
• Prepare cost reports and forecasts for project stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs and identify areas for cost savings.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure accurate and timely project estimates.
• Use advanced software tools such as Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Project to enhance productivity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost estimation and project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimation and cost control.
• Proven experience in preparing and maintaining Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Construction Estimating or Cost Control is a plus.
