As a Facilities Management Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining these high standards. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our properties in Canggu, Badung, Bali.
• Lead and manage a team of facilities management staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Work closely with property managers and housekeeping staff to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Manage and optimize the use of maintenance equipment and tools, such as HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement and monitor energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
• Provide regular reports on the status of maintenance activities and any areas needing improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing teams.
• Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., CFM, RMP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as IBM Maximo, SAP Facilities Management, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in Bali is a plus.
