📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the operations of grassroots organizations, ensuring they align with regional development goals.
• Provide strategic guidance and operational support to enhance the effectiveness of community groups.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and capacity-building activities to strengthen organizational skills.
• Develop and implement programs that promote community engagement and social cohesion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure resources, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
• Report on organizational performance and impact to stakeholders and the foundation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in community development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community organization, community development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and supervising community organizations.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Familiarity with community development methodologies and best practices.
