📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze and interpret test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain accurate laboratory records and reports.
- Collaborate with mill operators and quality control team to implement corrective actions and preventative measures.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff in laboratory procedures.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in laboratory operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the pulp and paper industry.
- Certification in laboratory techniques and quality control (e.g., ISO 17025, ASTM, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment (e.g., pH meters, spectrophotometers, chromatographs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety protocols.
