📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Stock and manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production targets.
• Learn and adapt to new recipes and cooking techniques as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Helper or similar role in the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
