As an Accounts Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining the financial health of one of the most exciting entertainment destinations in Southeast Asia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external auditors.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.
• Ensure all financial records are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian GAAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
