📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Initiate and maintain contact with potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Present products and services, addressing customer needs and objections effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Track and manage customer interactions using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective outbound strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in outbound telemarketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with the retail or hospitality industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
