As a Merchant Partner Associate, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and managing merchant partners across East Kalimantan. Your mission is to ensure seamless integration and support for our merchant partners, helping them maximize their potential on the Grab platform. You will work closely with our team to drive sales growth and enhance the overall merchant experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing merchant onboarding processes, providing training and support, and ensuring compliance with Grab's policies. You will also have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies, including Grab's Merchant Portal and Salesforce, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for merchant partners in East Kalimantan.
• Provide training and support to merchant partners to ensure they can effectively use Grab's platform.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback to help them improve their sales and operations.
• Ensure compliance with Grab's policies and procedures for merchant partners.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive merchant acquisition and retention.
• Use Grab's Merchant Portal and Salesforce to manage merchant data and track performance metrics.
• Conduct regular check-ins with merchant partners to address their needs and concerns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to support merchant partners in their growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce and food delivery industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation in East Kalimantan.
