📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging art and education workshops and activities for students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching program for students.
• Utilize various art materials and tools to create a dynamic and creative learning environment.
• Promote a safe and inclusive space where all students feel valued and respected.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in art education to continuously improve your teaching methods.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to support the growth of the club.
• Document student achievements and progress to share with parents and guardians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching art or education, preferably in an extracurricular setting.
• Certification in art education or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other instructors and staff.
• Passion for art and a commitment to inspiring and nurturing young minds.
• Familiarity with basic art software and tools such as Procreate, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Valid teaching license or certification in Indonesia is required.
