📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with their purchases and provide expert advice on our premium footwear collection.
• Ensure that the store is well-stocked and organized, maintaining a high level of presentation.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote our brand and products through various in-store marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock-taking and reordering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with basic retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
