📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance on production machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery breakdowns, working closely with the production team to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections to ensure machinery is operating safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machinery performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and machinery performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical support to the production team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of plastic packaging machinery and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as SAP or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
