📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Oversee the staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends.
