📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Assist in stock control and inventory management.,Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in the planning and organization of daily menu.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the preparation of special dishes and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow health and safety regulations.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
