📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process from start to finish.,Ensure that all samples are sewn according to specifications and deadlines.,Conduct pattern grading to ensure accurate and consistent sizing.,Monitor quality control to maintain high standards.,Coordinate with the design and production teams to resolve any issues.,Maintain accurate records of production progress and quality.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sample sewing and pattern grading.,Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques.,Proficient in using pattern grading software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.,Experience in managing and supervising a team is a plus.
