As a Patient Service Associate / Clinic Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from the moment they arrive. You'll assist with administrative tasks, manage patient records, and support our healthcare professionals in delivering top-notch care. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
• Manage patient records and administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and updating patient information
• Support healthcare professionals by preparing examination rooms, collecting specimens, and assisting with patient care
• Coordinate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient clinic operations
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment
• Provide patient education and support, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and follow-up care
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or administrative role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid CPR certification
