📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and screening candidates for client projects using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and clients.
• Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software such as Jobvite, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in recruitment or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
