📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed technical drawings for interior construction projects using AutoCAD and Revit

• Prepare and submit cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
• Review and approve construction documents to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Drafter or Estimator in the construction or interior contracting industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with cost estimation software and techniques
