📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and schedule posts on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).,Create and curate engaging content, including images, videos, and graphics, to attract and retain followers.,Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.,Report on social media activities and provide insights to senior management.,Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize their performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).,Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
