📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and employee development needs.,Identify training needs and design learning solutions that address those needs effectively.,Collaborate with various departments to understand their learning and development requirements.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet the desired outcomes.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.,Work closely with HR to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall HR strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and training software.,Familiarity with HRIS systems and processes.
