PT Cendana Sri is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the market. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
