PT Property Tambang is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, scheduling, and tracking of company vehicles. This role is remote and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including vehicles and equipment.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and servicing.,Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize operational efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including insurance, registration, and maintenance records.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other fleet staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
