📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and quality.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.,Manage and coordinate the work of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.,Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for staff.,Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant to create a pleasant dining environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.
