📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tea production facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve production output and quality.,Manage and mentor a team of operators, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.,Monitor and maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.,Optimize resource utilization, including raw materials, energy, and labor, to minimize costs and maximize profits.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of tea production.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the tea production industry.,Strong knowledge of tea production processes and quality control standards.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, with a focus on continuous improvement and development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.
