📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a team of sales assistants to achieve daily sales targets.,Ensuring accurate and efficient cash handling and transaction processing.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.,Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.,Promoting products and services to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Assisting in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Training and mentoring new team members to ensure they meet company standards.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic cash handling and transaction processing.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a leadership or management role is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
