In this role, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical engineering team, ensuring the design and development of high-quality mechanical components and systems for our snack production facilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers in the design and development of mechanical components and systems for snack production facilities.,Oversee the entire mechanical engineering process, from concept to final product, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into the overall production process.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical solutions to complex mechanical problems.,Ensure the safety and reliability of mechanical systems by implementing appropriate safety measures and conducting regular inspections.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering.,Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and manuals.,Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on mechanical design and development.,Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.,Proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.,Experience in working with mechanical systems and components used in food processing and manufacturing.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
