In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and mentoring junior technicians. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.,Conduct and supervise laboratory tests, analyses, and experiments to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Mentor and train junior technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and achieve targets.,Conduct quality control checks and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement of laboratory supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, or related laboratory science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in laboratory management.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to train and develop junior staff.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to generate and present reports.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
