📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the cash register and handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues they may have.,Stock shelves and maintain the store's appearance to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Assist in promoting sales and special offers to increase customer engagement and sales.,Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Assist in inventory management by counting stock and ensuring accurate records are kept.,Participate in store events and promotions to enhance the customer shopping experience.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and sales floor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or someone with limited experience in sales and cashier roles.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must; English skills are a plus.
