📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Maintain and update the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and ATS.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
