📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Develop and implement training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions to engage and educate employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training programs into the overall development strategy.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback for reporting purposes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and e-learning platforms.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for training activities.
