📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare food for service according to standard recipes and procedures.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory control and cost management.,Assist in special events and promotions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
