📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.,Ensure the branch meets all health and safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven experience in leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.,Knowledge of customer service and relationship management.
