📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Support the IT department in implementing new software and hardware.,Assist in the management of user accounts and access rights.,Provide technical support to staff and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on IT system performance and security.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.,Provide training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Knowledge of basic networking concepts and principles.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other common office software.
