Manage and optimize the lead distribution process to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are accurately captured and distributed.,Monitor and analyze lead distribution metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to improve lead quality and quantity.,Maintain and update lead distribution systems and tools.,Provide regular reports on lead distribution performance to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless lead distribution and follow-up.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead distribution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead distribution or sales-related role.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using CRM and lead distribution software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
