📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to ensure adequate stock levels.,Conduct regular supplier visits and audits to maintain quality standards.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of purchasing strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing software and systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of supply chain management principles.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations.
